Luggage station to station for foreignes

Hello,

I would like to book luggage shipping station to station from Zermatt to Luzern.

We’ll have trip from Zermatt to Interlaken, and then Interlaken to Luzern 2 days after.
We have the tickets on SBB.
Would there be an issue if we send directly to Luzern?

Then,
I found out during checkout we’ll need to have Switzerland address, postcode, and phone number, which I don’t have.

I do hope this service is also available for tourist like us.
Would there be an issue if I just put my hotel contact phone number? If yes, should I put the hotel contact in Zermatt as the collection city or Luzern as the destination?

If you want to send your luggage from Zermatt to Luzern straight, you must be in the possession of a ticket proving that you will finally get to Lucerne.

The luggage service is destined for residents yet can also be used by tourists.
The billing address is for legal purposes, you could also enter the hotel’s address; no physical invoice will be sent to that address, whatsoever.
