Yesterday I purchased a Swiss travel pass fex through my profile, for me, my stepson and my children. The website, at the time of purchase, informed me that there was an error when issuing the tickets, but the amount was charged to my credit card.
I did not receive the purchase tickets by email and nothing appears in my orders either.
But the payment amount appears on my credit card statement. How can I resolve this? The amount was not refunded. Is there a contact email?
