Also, whenever you encounter the same situation again, please call the SBB Police at 0800 117 117 or press any SOS button on available on the train. There is video surveillance on the train, the camera resolution will be increased as soon as you press the SOS button. There is no need to take pictures of the suspicious person as you might face a legal conflict when doing so. Thanks for your courage, though.
