I have noticed that other people have faced the same issue, the solution given is to go to a counter and they will resolve the issue, nevertheless I am currently travelling outside of Switzerland and will not be back until the first week of January ’25, therefore I will miss the deadline of December 20, 2024. Will this deadline be extended due to the technical issue?
I am trying to redeem the coupon, by entering it during the payment process in the coupon field, I tried a couple of times and I always got the same error message ‘Invalid coupe’ how can I redeem it or whom can I contact?
I have SwissPass account.
