Hello Gawottoi51
Welcome to the SBB Community.
We do not know what ticket it is. As our customer support page is run by volunteers, we do not have access to the ticket database to crosscheck your tickets. Does it read ‘Supersaver ticket’?
Supersaver and saver tickets cannot be cancelled later than 30 minutes after purchase, and provided they were purchased as registered user. Tickets purchased as guest cannot be cancelled.
We do not suggest the purchase of Supersaver tickets when arriving by air. They are good for one specific connection and do not leave any flexiblity; the latter is what you need when travelling by plane as arrival times are not set in stone …
You can try using the tickets depending on your arrival time at the day of arrival. Shoul you arrive earlier or later, you can still purchase on-site some Point-to-point tickets for the same day / route / passenger and afterwards request a refund for the Supersaver tickets, with a CHF 10 cancellation fee per request. This should work.
For data protection reasons we do not allow posting ticket IDs on our platform; you should never share such details on publicly accessible platforms.
Kind regards,
Roland
