No, you can’t go there and search for your phone.
The message that it was not found means, it was not found so far and this because it has not been registered and processed yet at the lost & found office. It might be in one of the boxes waiting for registration & processing.
Simply be patient, the processing of the numerous items found every day simply takes its time.
The ability to track lost properties is indeed not helpful in this case.
