Did you try deleting and reinstalling the app? Not all international tickets are viewable in the app, however.
We are unable to help otherwise as we do not have access to your tickets either.
Please proceed as instructed or call the SBB Contact Center at +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may be possible). Or, simply print it from the web and use the paper copy. Do not forget your physical passport or identity card that has to be presented with your ticket.
