Flight luggage-where to purchase for USA to Zurich travel

Is this still an option and if so where can I purchase? I have used this before but our purchase source, rail Europe, states that they no longer sell this product. There is a uk vendor, but they state they will only sell if you purchase Swiss rail passes from them. I contacted sbb and they said the product is no longer available for travel from outside ch to ch but this contradicts what the uk vendor is stating. The product is great but looking for a sales point for us based in the states. Thanks

The advice from our SBB colleagues is absolutely correct.

This service is no longer offered for outbound flights to Switzerland. And the UK travel agent offers it exclusively for their customers.

You could take your luggage yourself through customs and check-in at the SBB travel center for further transportation. This means, however, the luggage will only arrive two days later at your destination.
