I wanted to share an issue I encountered while trying to book the Snow’n’Rail offer for Flumserberg. I’ve used this service for years without any problems. However, this time, when I tried adding myself and my wife (both adults with half-fare cards) and our kids (ages 8 and 12, who have Junior Cards), everything seemed fine initially.
But when I needed to select the departure time from Zurich, the system suddenly showed no available connections. If I removed the kids from the booking, the connections reappeared, allowing me to proceed to checkout. This problem happened both on my mobile and desktop, so it seems like there’s a technical glitch that needs fixing related to buying the offer for kids.
I hope SBB can address this soon, as it’s pretty annoying.
