From reading your lines, which are - to be honest - quite confusing, I still do not know what ticket you would like to display in the app (not all tickets can be displayed there) and whether or not you are a tourist (or a resident with a customer number.
Did you purchase the ticket while you were logged in? Can you view the ticket from the SBB’s page (sbb.ch > Login > Orders). If yes, you could even access the ticket from there.
Do you use a VPN or security software on your phone, by any chance?
Your case needs a closer look into the list of orders, which we can’t do from here as we do not have access to the ticket administration system and as we do not treat issues here needing the reveal of the customer’s personal information.
Finally, for data protection reasons, please do not leave any personal information such as names & e-maila on a publicly accessible page.
