The Swiss Travel Pass is your ticket; it grants unlimited travel on most public transit services. Thus, there is no need to purchase additional tickets other than class upgrades or for routes that are not fully covered by the STP.
It is not possible to manually add the pass to the SBB Mobile app. It only shows up in the app if you purchased the pass with the same user account that you now use for the app.
The app states it can’t find the pass I purchases.
This message is s for residents and their travel cards / passes.
_Kindly note: When you use the Swiss Travel Pass, you must always have your passport or official identity card issued by your authorities with you. The ticket inspectors can ask anytime for it. Pictures of passports or paper copies are not valid and not accepted._
