How to get a copy of my ticket

Hi, I bought a SBB ticket in November from your website without creating a profile. I now need a copy and receipt of that ticket and wonder how should I proceed. I cannot find any SBB phonenumber to call on your website so give it a try here. My credit card statement shows SBB CFF FFS Ticket Ship as payee and it also shows the filing number. I believe with these SBB can provide me with a copy but how and where to contact you in this kind of matter?

Hmmm… have you tried:

entering “help” in the search field of the SBB website?
or “sbb contact center” in your favorite Internet search engine?

But before calling there… have you checked all your possible e-mail folders, especially the trash ones?

Hi Red Baron and thank you for your advice! By googling finally managed to localize the Call Center and they kindly resolved my request. Not my business, but amazed how difficult SBB makes it for customers to approach them, starting from listing phone numbers in a simple +41 etc format but having foreigners having all these absurd conversations. You can do better SBB 😊
