I bought the Swiss pass one week ago and I am waiting for the actual card, I uploaded my picture thanks to the link I received by text message but today I received an email informing me that the picture is not suitable and that I have to submit a new one on Swisspass.ch. However when I go on Swisspass.ch, I cannot upload a new picture because it says that I don’t have a Swisspass yet. How can I request a new link to take a picture ?
