Hello, I have tried this a while ago and thought maybe there wasn’t service to Murren, but now that I am back from the area, I am trying to plan a journey and again, my app doesn’t show Murren as an option at all on the app. What am I doing wrong? I am trying to plan a journey from Lauterbrunnen to Murren. Thanks.

I don’t see any problem. You can enter “Muerren” and select “Mürren” or “Mürren BLM”. If you enter “Murren”, choose “Mürren BLM”.

Well, I did figure out what the problem was. Apparently, I need to be able to have the two dots above “Murren” And I figured this out because I decided to copy and paste Mürren Like I did just then. I don’t have this on my keyboard in America. I just find it odd because I’m obviously not the only person that doesn’t have those two dots on the keyboard . This was true for me in the app and on my computer.

Hello again, I wanted to show you what happens when I copy and paste the word in the app. And I do think it works when I’m in the country because it knows where I am maybe? I just think it’s super weird. I’m a travel agent, so I send people to the area quite often and I like to educate them on using the SBB app. Which is kind of funny since I apparently have struggles of my own.

Could you install the app “SBB Preview” and try with this app? I think that this bug has be fixed, but you should verify with your own phone (enter “Murren” or “Muerren”).

In German, you can make these conversions:

ä to ae Mägenwil -> Maegenwil
ö to oe Köln -> Koeln
ü to ue Zürich -> Zuerich
ß to ss
