Today (Monday 30 December) my husband left his bag on the EC191 from Zurich to Munich, Wagon 2, seats 23/24/25/26.
This is a small grey flat fabric bag with his passports and other items in it.
We realised it was missing within 30 minutes of leaving the train at Munich. However when I try to submit an online lost and found report, the website will not process the form. Every time, there is an error message saying ‚please try again later‘.
How else can we submit a claim to this lost property?
The bag has an Apple Airtag in it, so we know that the bag is still on the train (90 minutes after we arrived in Munich, though the train has now departed.)
