Ticket availability on SBB app

Hello,

I have brought train tickets on my SBB account directly on the SBB website. However, I cannot see the tickets in the mobile app . Is there anything I should do in order to see the tickets also in the SBB app?

Yes, it should provided it is a national ticket and you are authenticated with the same user account.

RolandP How do you authenticate the account on the mobile app? Its asking us to validate ourselves via text message, but the text does not come thru. How do we link accounts.

If you are asked to verify your account, you are about to register as a resident, not as a tourist. When creating an account, please choose ‘No customer number’.
