When I purchase a ticket, I recently noticed that the same amount is deducted from my account twice! For one transaction, the payment description mentions Twint and my phone number, while for the other, it only states the transaction number. I buy tickets through the app, and under payments, I have both my card and Twint saved. I only realized today that this has been happening for an entire year! I buy tickets every day when I go to work. I need advice, please.
