Swiss Travel pass 15 days

Hi, I reserved Goldenpass express train “Prestige Class” and it came to my knowledge that I have to have First Class ticket in order to utilize it. Do I have to change the entire 15 days pass to be first class or can purchase one day first class pass? Also if I decided to upgrade from 2nd class to 1st class what do I have to do and how? You have my credit card on files will you able to charge the balance amount to upgrade to 1st class if I ask? Also, I cannot see my purchase on your mobile app or I can’t link? thanks.

Reservations for the Golden Pass Express are never visible in the SBB Mobile app. They are not linked to the SBB system.

You can buy a Point-to-Point Class Upgrade only for this trip on sbb.ch, in the SBB Mobile app or at a ticket office. Choose first the timetable, select the train and click “Purchase ticket” (see example). I suggest to create an account and not to buy tickets as guest.

Totally correct.
A small side note: the Point-to-Point Class Upgrade can even be purchased at half fare (½) when having the Swiss Travel Pass.

I suggest getting it from the station’s ticket office.
