Question about specific tickets of half fare PLUS travelcard

Hello, if I buy a “Half Fare Travelcard PLUS 1000”, will it count for local tickets to go e.g. between Zürich Leimbach and Zürich HB? Each of such ticket costs 3.20 CHF, meaning that with the Travelcard PLUS 1000 I will pay 800 CHF and I will be able to travel 1000/3.20 = 312 times from Zürich Leimbach to Zürich HB. Is this correct?

Yes, exactly.
And if you’d use EasyRide (or Checkin/Checkout in the ZVV app), that journey would cost 2.90 instead of 3.20 each (= 1-2 zones half fare), which makes 344 days. 🙂

But you can use that HFT Plus credit also for personal tickets for any other train or bus journey in Switzerland as well. This credit will appear as additional payment method in your SwissPass/SBB account and in the SBB Mobile app, just don’t forget to select it (switch it from your previous payment method) before buying tickets.
