Definition of a “travel card year”

Hi!
I am a bit confused about the definition of a “travel card year” regarding the GA deposition and couldn’t find a clear definition on SBB websites. Does it mean a year since the initial subscription or does it have anything to do with the calendar year?

Hello ytoli

It means the 12 month validity period of your annual billed GA. It starts with the first day of validity and ends with the last day of validity. Since this can be any day of the year, it is obviously not a calendar year.

Then if I understand correctly, for monthly billed GA, it would mean the 12 months following the start of validity of the initial month. Is this correct?
