Glacier Express - Is refund possible for the point-to-point ticket?

Hi everyone - I have recently made a reservation for Excellence Class and had paid for point-to-point ticket at the same time. However, I have only learnt that the ticket portion can be covered by a Swiss Travel Pass. As I will be purchasing a Swiss Travel Pass for my travel to Switzerland, I would like to know whether it is possible to request for a refund of the point-to-point ticket. Many thanks!

Thanks Danhiel for your prompt response. I had a look at the page you provided but not sure which category to use as I bought the ticket and paid for the reservation on the Glacier Express website (https://glacierexpress.ch/en) as “guest”. Is purchasing from the Glacier Express website the same as purchasing from SBB? Thanks!

A point-to-point ticket is the same if you purchase it from the SBB or the Glacier Express, but you are right, you must always contact the vendor to obtain a refund. I suggest to send a mail or use this form:

Please note that a fee of 10 CHF is due for manual refunds.
