Unable to create an express luggage transfer

Hi,

I go to the link: https://commerce.sbb.ch/en/luggage.html and choose from and to locations which are listed as eligible for the express service. I indicate the to and from dates to be the same date, but when i move on to the next page it doesn’t appear that it’s going to be a same day service. What might I be doing wrong?

I tried again. Still doesn’t work. On the next screen after specifying how many bags it says my pick up date 2 dates before the delivery date I requested and I can’t change it

Please provide us not only the destinations but also the travel dates. It would have been handy to have them all in your first query. Only then we can successfully verify the case.
