Co-children QR not received

hi, I purchased train ticket for 3 adult and 1 co-children, only 3 QR received, please advise, thanks

What is a co-children, please? As a ticket inspector, I do not know this type of ticket.

I received 4 QR when I purchased Interlaken to Zurich, 3 adults and 1 child under 16years old, but when i purchased Zermatt to Interlaken, only 3 QR received

Hello Peng801019!!

If you hold the children co-travel card, you do not need further tickets for the child as the co-travel card IS the ticket, when travellinf with the official travel partner.

To have an extra ticket is possible but not required as it is anyway a free (CHF 0.00) ticket.
