In the website I cant book all the tickets and I get a message that I need to call the call center in order the book this group trip, is it guarantee that I can book those trips through the call center? 2. There is a chance that in one of the trips one of the travelers wont join as, in this situation we can travel as group of 9 people with 10 tickets? Or its best for us to buy 10 seperate tickets?

To book group tickets online, you need an SBB account (sbb.ch > Login).
But even then, certain trains are not bookable for groups since their booking is not allowed, or due to lack of space, or other reason. Therefore, it might be necessary to still call the SBB Contact Center. And, from experience, this is still the easiest way to book the tickets.

2.
The minimum number of travellers to grant the group discount is ten. If you book a ticket for ten people while ultimately a fewer number of people will travel, you will not get a refund for the none-used tickets.

RolandP Thanks for the answer, if we end up traveling with 9 people, it will still be cheaper to buy tickets for 10 group people instead of 9 regular tickets, so if we will travel as a group of 9 people with 10 tickets, do we risk a fine?
