error occur when purchasing half fare pass

As per title, an error message shown when i try to purchase swiss half fare pass for 1 month as traveller.
anyone can help or is there any other channel i can purchase swiss half fare pass?

hi the error occur as soon as i try to check out, but it was fix once i reselect my country i believe its a bug of the page
