Hi, After about 100 days, I have already used up all of my credit on the half-price plus. When I'm promoted to top up I only see an option for a top up of 800 CHF. My questions are: - If I top up 800 CHF will I receive 1000 CHF in total? - Do I have an option to change the half price plus to a different value e.g for the 2000 or 3000? Thanks, Chris -

Q2: No, you'd need to cancel your current 1000 package and then purchase the new higher value passage. According to the [official rules](https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/products-services/travelcards/ga-and-half-fare-travelcard/half-fare-travelcard-plus.html), a cancellation is only possible "by end of the travelcard month", whatever that means. But since that online "top up" process is still quite new and before it was made available, cancellations were possible on shorter notice, I'd suggest to go to a staffed SBB counter and see whether they (still) could accelerate things a bit for you.
