Hello,
I am trying to book rail tickets for an upcoming trip in February. I purchased the half fare travel card for myself and my spouse under the impression that my children (11 and 13) would travel free. However, when I go to book rail tickets, the tickets are not free for the children. Do I need to edit something in their travel profile. Or how do I add a Swiss Family Card? The lack of intuitiveness and integration is really frustrating and confusing.
