I am looking, as part of a research project, for information about cleaning protocols used on public transport and to what extent risk of cross-infection is a concern at transport companies. Ideally, I’d like to contact somebody reasonably senior in the SBB Personenverkehr division.
Does anybody in this community have knowledge of these topics, or can suggest a contact point within the SBB?
