I tried reserve prestige seat on Goden pass express but it shown no connections available

During 8th to 13th of May 2023, I could not reserve prestige seat on Golden pass express from Interlaken to Montreux as system keep showing no connection available but, I could make reservation on 1st and 2nd class. Any idea of what happened?

We cannot help you here as the Golden Pass is not operated by SBB yet MOB. You would have to contact MOB.

I can imagine the error appears as currently, there are no GXP trains running between Interlaken Ost and Zweisimmen due to a technical issue with the new carriage.
