I am writing to request a refund for the ticket I purchased on 26.12.2024 for the route Eigergletscher to First (Grindelwald). Unfortunately, due to a delay caused by the bus that did not arrive on time during the transfer, we were unable to reach First (Grindelwald) before its closing time.
A staff member at First (Grindelwald) informed us that we are eligible for a refund under these circumstances. As the delay was beyond my control and resulted in my inability to use the ticket, I kindly ask for a refund for the unused ticket.
