Half fare ticket

Hello,

In December, we purchased a train ticket for the Nyon-Munich route without having a subscription. Subsequently, we acquired a half-fare subscription, which was valid during this journey. Therefore, would it be possible to receive a refund for an amount corresponding to half the fare for the portion of the journey within Switzerland?

What kind of ticket did you buy? If it is a Supersaver or Saver Ticket Europa, the price is the same with or without a Half Fare Travelcard.

The ticket bought was a regular ticket, and the half-fare was a plan for only a month.. any idea ?

In this case it is no more possible to cancel the ticket and buy a new one with the Half Fare Card. I suggest to call the SBB Contact Center and ask if a refund were possible retroactively, the number is:
