Help buying a ticket please

Hi and thanks for your time. The train I want is not sold out. It is from Chur to Rimini, Italy 18.01.2025

Every time I try to complete the purchase online or by app I receive “connection offers failed, error occurred while provider was processing your request. Error code: IP-25 ID😃94FABo”

I emailed SBB and they said they could pull up the tickets that maybe it was a timing issue. I have not been able to buy them despite trying at multiple times.

They provided a number to purchase at 0848446688. I am having trouble connecting to this from my US cell phone. Any advice there is appreciated I have been dialing 01141 and then the number

Do you want to travel with the Albula/Bernina train from Chur to Tirano or with the bus from Chur to Bellinzona?

In such situations it may work if you cut the trip in two legs and buy two separate tickets.
