Express Luggage Service

We are taking the Glacier Express Train from Zermatt to St. Moritz on 16.02.2025. The Glacier express website says that we cannot take our ski bag on the train so we need to ship with SBB. We need to use the Express same day service which says that they pick up from our hotel from 6-9 am but we would like to drop off at train station instead. Our hotel does not have a front desk - we are staying in a condo. We must leave for the train station before 9 am. We cannot find any way to send an email enquiry to SBB to ask them this question and cannot call Switzerland from our telephone in the United States.

The SBB is available from the U.S. by phone at 011 41 51 225 78 56 (24/7).

The express service is only offered for door-to-door shipments.
Can’t you send the luggage the day before travel? Or what about renting the ski equipment here in Switzerland?
