Receiving the mentioned notifications does not mean that your clothes were not found at all. It simply means, so far, the clothes might not have been processed but there is still great possibility that they have been found. 60 % of all lost items are returned in best conditions.
The processing can take up to three weeks.
In Switzerland, we just finished the festive (peak) season in which a lot of people have been travelling. Consequently, a lot of lost items are to be processed.
