Hello, I’ve been waiting for two weeks now for my SwissPass to get activated. I’ve uploaded a photo with 512×512 dimensions and it gets accepted by the system. A few days later, the system (accessed via web browser) again tells me that a photo is missing. And the phone app shows a notice there is an error connecting to the system. I’ve booked a consultation and spoken to a representative in person, who said there is nothing I can do but wait. I don’t understand how waiting will help, if the system keeps reverting to a notice that additional information (the photo) is missing, despite repeatedly having uploaded a valid image that meets the specifications.
