Changing my ticket

I purchased a ticket through RailEurope for travel between Zurich and Zermatt. Our plans changed and we need to change the date of travel for one of the directions by a day. How do I make a change to my travel dates? Is there a fee for this?

It is possible to cancel a point-to-point ticket and buy a new one for the other date. You can make it on the RailEurope website or in the RailEurope app.
