Quallulloam19 I’m trying to verify my id to get my first swisspass but the go.idnow.de app just stops when processing the reverse of the ID. It hangs on the “processing” stage. I’ve tried two different iphones, safari and chrome. Any suggestions?

RolandP Hello Quallulloam19 I suggest to purchase your very first travel card at the ticket office. It is a lot easier than online. And, you will also get a temporary travel card to be used instantly. Kind regards, Roland
