RedBaron Veemoumbu93 According to Google and this community, DTR-1403 is a payment method add error, so it has nothing to do with EasyRide in the first place. Add Reka to your payment options on sbb.ch in a browser, then let it sync to your mobile.

RedBaron Veemoumbu93 Then I fear you’ll need some (phone) support by the SBB customer service. Or maybe check your Reka account first whether something’s wrong there (error message, no balance, whatever)
bigmaster I experience the “DTR-1403” add payment method error in the SBB app, likewise similar error on the website. Reka can not be added as payment method.
