hello. I’m Juhee Hwang. I purchased 2 tickets for Basel SBB-Interlaken West. I would like to change to Basel SBB - Luzern 2 tickets. Of course, I know the rule is that there are no refunds, but my mistake caused a problem. I booked the wrong ticket for my first trip to Switzerland. I would really appreciate it if SBB could change my ticket.

If these are normal tickets they can be refunded. Also you do not need to buy normal tickets in advance, so maybe just wait with buying tickets till you are here.

To refund however you need to do this where you bought them, on the website or the app. First log in to your account, look up your tickets and then request a refund.
