RolandP Hello jungmi You are right! Tirano cannot be chosen as a destination. It is most likely because Tirano is in Italy while the address search input includes Swiss destinations only. It is possible to ship luggage to Tirano as stated here: https://www.sbb.ch/en/station-services/before-your-journey/luggage/luggage/station-to-station/check-in-collection.html Please pay the fee for the service upon arrival when dropping the luggage at Basel SBB station.
