It is not possible to add tickets that were purchased through a reseller. Only tickets that were purchased with an SBB login will be available in the SBB Mobile app.
We stronly suggest purchasing tickets through SBB, either at www.sbb.ch/en or through their SBB Mobile app.
All e-tickets require your physical passport or identity card issued by the government. Photo copies or pictures on smart phones are not accepted.
