I purchased two 8-day Swiss Travel Pass Flex adult 2nd class tickets, but we didn’t use them for 2 days. I would like to know how to refund the value of days that were not used. The period of use was from 12/21/2024 to 01/20/2025. I cannot contact any email provided on the website, there is no answer to my question or how to resolve the issue.
