2 weeks ago i had an apprenticeship to get to in Uster 6th-7th of January and while i was in the train station in Zürich HB i asked 1 of the SBB Workers to help me out and how to get there because i have never been in Uster before he showed me this place which i wasn’t even supposed to go too at all he payed my ticket on my phone with my card even tho he wasn’t even sure if he bought the right one i’ve waited longer than 2 weeks now you guys said i need to wait 15 days i’ve waited more than 15 now and i really want all of my refunds back cause i spent a lot of money just for someone who has no idea what he’s doing in your company to pay for my tickets with my money without even being sure its the right area i lost about i sent 2 refund requests because i had to pay for 2 wrong tickets because 1 of your workers in the SBB Company obviously doesn’t know how to do his job and i don’t want to seem mean but i really needed the money to get to my apprentice in Uster not 50fr of it just to go to waste
