Lost/stolen luggage

I travelled from Basel to Strasbourg on 16 Jan on the 12.21 train and someone accidentally took or stole my black suitcase which had all my clothes and souvenirs inside. I have logged a report but I am hoping someone may know something. The bag was black with red trim and had a light blue/ lavender ribbon on the handle and the wheels were ruined making it really hard to wheel. Please if you know anything let me know, I go back to Australia in a week and really want the contents returned. Please help me!!

They cannot help you if no one has found your suitcase or if it has been stolen. Did it have a label with your name and phone number?

The probability that someone has seen your suitcase and is looking at discussions in this community is infinitesimal. The majority of people who use this line are French and not interested in SBB. So don’t have false hopes, even if a miracle is always possible.
