I have a point-to-point ticket from Andermatt to Zurich HB via Göschenen.

Can I take the route that goes Andermatt - Göschenen - Arth Goldau - Zurich HB? Or can I only change to the IR 46 at Göschenen.

The route you would like to take is also served by the IR46. It is the usual route to get from Andermatt to Zurich.
