Lost and Found - No response

Hi, I lost my phone on the train/the train station at Thun on January 27th on the train from Zurich to Thun. I have filed a lost report and even filled out my SIM card number. I tried calling my phone and a SBB staff has picked up but now when I call, no one picks up anymore. Kindly let me know when would I receive a response from SBB?

Do you know if your phone was given to lost and found at Interlaken Ost? May be you can still locate your phone at last position.
