Hello,

I recently purchased an 8-day Swiss Travel Pass Flex for my upcoming trip to Switzerland. However, the last eligible date for this pass will be April 15th, 2023. As I am visiting in May, this is not doable. Is there a way to refund my Travel Pass? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

This should be possible, see Travel passes are only refundable if returned to the issuing office before the first day of validity.
