We are traveling via train from Grindelwald to Kloten and want to ship our luggage (2 bags plus 2 ski bags) separately using the express door-to-door luggage service from our hotel in Grindelwald to our hotel in Kloten. Everything goes well on the website until I try to check out. When I do that, it requests an address - which assume is my credit card billing address - but it does not allow Canada to be entered as a country (only provides the option of Switzerland and Luxemburg). And because of this, it does not let us check out. Can you only get door-to-door service if you are a resident of those two countries or is there another way to check out? Or am I not understanding what billing address to use??
