Forgot to cancel SBB Travelcard, bought a new one

Hi, I am currently a foreign student studying in Switzerland. I bought a Half-Fare Travelcard last year, and I set up my account as such. However, this year, instead of renewing the card, I bought another one, and now I cannot tag the card into my Swiss Pass (Different customer number).
I need the card I am holding to buy a Zone 10 ticket in Geneva, and currently I do not know how. Please help me, thank you.
