Hey everyone, I recently created a SwissPass, linked it to my app, and purchased the Halbtax card for a year. Everything was working perfectly—I could see my SwissPass with my photo (and QR Code on both the website and the app, along with my active Halbtax.
However, when I logged in recently, my SwissPass completely disappeared from both the app and the website! My Halbtax is still active (And visible on the screen) but the SwissPass itself is nowhere to be found. I haven’t received any emails or notifications about this change, and I’m not sure what’s going on.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips on how to fix it? Thanks in advance!
